At Sky Music, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If your new item isn’t quite right, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Just follow the simple steps below.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
✔ Unused and in brand-new condition
✔ In its original packaging with all protective plastics intact
✔ Returned within 30 days of purchase
If these conditions aren’t met, we may reject the return or apply a restocking fee. Opened items may still be accepted at our discretion, so please contact us first if you’re unsure.
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene, size, or special order conditions, including:
🚫 Woodwind, brass, harps, earphones, and microphones (for hygiene reasons)
🚫 Software (once opened or downloaded)
🚫 Bulky & oversized products (e.g. acoustic/digital pianos)
🚫 Special orders (custom or non-stock items)

If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we happily accept change of mind returns, exchanges, and swaps under our 30-Day Returns Policy. However:
🚚 You’ll need to cover the shipping costs (both sending & returning)
📦 Contact us before returning so we can advise on freight costs
📦 Return to Sender Fees: If your order is returned to us by the courier, you may be charged for both the original and return shipping costs.
📦 Shipping Insurance: While we insure all items sent from Sky Music, we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost when being returned. If this happens, we recommend seeking reimbursement from the shipping provider.
The Studio19 rental application widget allows you to apply for products even if they’re out of stock. If you apply for an unavailable product, we’ll contact you about a backorder or pre-order.

At Sky Music, we know that sometimes you need a little extra time to pay for your dream instrument or gear. That’s why we offer lay-by on any item, whether you’re shopping in-store or over the phone!
✅ We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your item
✅ You have 90 days to complete the full payment
✅ If you change your mind or cannot complete payments, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be fully refunded
If you’re ordering a special item just for you, it’s considered a lay-by and follows the same rules:
🎵 A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when placing your order
🎵 Your 90-day lay-by period starts when your item arrives in-store—we’ll notify you as soon as it’s here!
🎵 If you cancel or don’t complete payment, the 20% deposit is forfeited, but any additional payments will be fully refunded
📌 Price Lock-In: Once a deposit is paid, the sale price is final—we cannot adjust it after the agreement is made.
📌 Cancellation Window: You have 30 days to cancel your lay-by for a full refund of your deposit. After this period, cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
